SHIPPING
For the fastest shipping possible we have many of our items shipped straight from our suppliers. So if you order more than one item they may be shipped separately.
Our shipping charges are figured according to weight. You will have an opportunity to see your charges before you check out. You may choose to have your items shipped by Ground (UPS), 2nd day air and overnite (our choice of carriers) .
RUSH SHIPPING
We offer overnite and 2 day shipping. If you order different items they may ship from different suppliers. Although we make every effort to calculate shipping charges on the web site it is possible that on a rare occasion rush shipping charges may be more than was calculated in your order form. In this case we will contact you to get your permission for the additional charges before processing your order.
Please note that overnite and 2 day applies to shipping time only. It is noted next to each item the usual time before the product actually ships.
RETURN POLICY
1. You may return an item for a refund within 7 days of receipt of that item. We will refund the cost of the item to you. Shipping is not refundable. We do not give refunds for items held more than 7 days. (See Notes on personalized items below)
2. In order to receive a refund you are required to email us at customerservice @ celebrationsgalore.com (remove the space before and after the @ sign.) to receive an authorization number and the correct address to mail the item to. There will be no refund on items not returned in resellable condition.
No refunds will be given for items returned without authorization.
3. Personalized items are not refundable. It is rare but if by some chance there is an error in your personalized items we will correct the error and ship the corrected items to you.
4. If an item is received damaged we will replace the item. We require the damaged item to be returned to us with an authorization number and we will replace the item with an undamaged one.
